AAO Foundation Celebration Breakfast

Join us for a meaningful start to your Saturday at the AAO Foundation Celebration Breakfast on May 2 at 7:30 am in Orlando. This special gathering is an opportunity to connect with colleagues while honoring the individuals whose leadership and dedication continue to shape the future of orthodontics. We are especially proud to recognize Dr. Richard Williams as the recipient of the Eugene & Pauline Blair Distinguished Service Award for his outstanding contributions to advancing the mission and vision of the AAO Foundation. In addition, we will celebrate several AAO Board and Committee members whose terms are concluding, in appreciation of their commitment and service to the Foundation. Dr. Thomas Cangialosi will be acknowledged for receiving the Louise Ada Jarabak Award and Dr. MariaCostanza Meazzini as the Salzmann Lecturer. Jarabak Award

Annually, the AAOF BOD selects the recipient of the Jarabak Award from nominations received from AAO Constituent Societies. Nominations are requested no later than February 1 of the year preceding the year. Read the Jarabak Award Criteria. See the list of Jarabak Award Recipients. Salzmann Lecture

Annually the AAOF Board determines the Salzmann Lecturer from the nomination(s) received by the individual who will serve as AAO Board of Trustees President for that year's AAO Annual Session. The AAO Foundation President introduces the Salzmann Lecturer during AAO Annual Session. AAOF Blair Award

The Eugene and Pauline Blair, American Association of Orthodontists Foundation, Distinguished Service Award will be presented on a periodic, not necessarily annual basis, to a person, group of persons or an organization who, in the judgment of the members of the Board of Directors of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation, has/have made exceptional contributions to the furtherance of the mission and goals of the Foundation.
